How long does a website take?
A starter site usually takes 3–5 days. A business website takes 1–2 weeks and an online shop 2–3 weeks. Systems and apps are scoped in the quote.
Do I need a Paybill or Till for M-Pesa payments?
Yes. STK push needs a Paybill or Till number from Safaricom, and I'll guide you through getting one. Money goes straight to your account, never through me.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. I can set it up so you can change prices, products and photos yourself, or you can send me updates on the monthly plan.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, security updates, backups, small content changes and keeping M-Pesa and chatbots running. You can cancel anytime.
What is eTIMS integration?
KRA's eTIMS requires many businesses to issue electronic tax invoices. I connect your POS or system to eTIMS so invoices go to KRA automatically.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa or bank transfer: 50% to start and 50% when your project is live. You get a receipt for every payment.
